The problem
- Tasks came in via WhatsApp and were forwarded. There was no fixed place.
- Small tasks like revisions and minor edits slipped through.
- Little overview for the owner and editors of what was due and when.
- Extra feedback rounds were hard to trace afterwards.
What we built
- A task board with the columns To do, Doing, Revise and Done, with drag and drop.
- Plan the week in one go: one card per client with a fixed editor, type of work and number of videos.
- Revisions per video. A second round is automatically labelled Extra round.
- At the top: overdue, due today or tomorrow, open revisions and open cards per person. Click to filter.
- Rights: the owner assigns the work, team members only see their own cards.
What it delivers
- One fixed place for all tasks, on phone and laptop.
- Visible per month: finished videos per person and per client, and extra rounds per client.
- Tested on 12 screen sizes, from a small phone to an ultrawide monitor.
