Who we are

Cross Build builds integrations, custom software and websites for businesses. Cross Build is a brand of Schumm Virals Branding Services FZCO (SVBS - FZCO), a free zone company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. SVBS - FZCO is the controller for the processing of your data as described in this statement. For privacy questions, reach us at info@cross.management.

What data we process

When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we process the details you send us: your name, phone number or email address, and your messages.

What we use it for

To respond to your request, schedule an introduction and send you a proposal. We do this because you ask us to (steps prior to a possible agreement) and because we have a legitimate interest in answering your message.

Contact via WhatsApp

This site does not send anything itself. When you click the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a standard message. Only when you press send there does your message reach us via WhatsApp. WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy rules also apply to that traffic. Prefer not to use WhatsApp? Feel free to email us.

No cookies and no tracking

This website places no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from other parties. Even the fonts are hosted on our own server. For security, our hosting provider may briefly keep technical data, such as your IP address, in log files.

How long we keep data

If no collaboration follows, we keep your data for up to 24 months after our last contact. If we work together, we keep what the law requires, such as the seven-year tax retention period for invoices.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties we need to help you, such as our hosting, email and messaging services, or when the law requires it. Our website runs on a server in Germany. When we work on your project, we do so with our team in the Netherlands and Dubai; where data is processed outside the European Union, we make appropriate arrangements, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data. The site uses an encrypted connection (https) and only we have access to your messages.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for restriction or transfer. Send a message to info@cross.management. We respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If we update this statement, the new version will be on this page, with the date at the top.
