Try it: how a WhatsApp enquiry flows
Lead portal
Click the status to follow up the enquiry.
The problem
- The website was hardly found in Google.
- A slow site with broken links from the old structure.
- Enquiries came in via WhatsApp, without a source.
- No overview of which enquiry led to a viewing or a deal.
What we built
- 18 new pages on living, emigrating and investing, per area and per developer.
- 20 new projects from the agent's CRM on the site, 29 in total.
- Speed: server cache on, risky plugins off, old links redirected and a new sitemap submitted to Google.
- A lead portal: whoever clicks WhatsApp first leaves a name and number. The enquiry gets a number and a source.
- The agent follows up every enquiry in the portal, up to the deal. Personal data is erased after the retention period.
What it delivers
- The server responds in about 0.03 seconds per page instead of 0.8.
- Every enquiry has a number and a source, showing exactly which channel brings in clients.
- No enquiry gets lost: the agent sees the status of each one, from first call to deal.
